Don’t postpone packing your hospital bag for labor and delivery. It is never too early to gather together what you will need for both you and baby. Your bag should be ready by 36 weeks in case the baby comes earlier than your expected due date.

  • Toiletries (toothbrush, tooth paste, deodorant, comb, soap, shampoo, lip balm, maternity pads)
  • Dressing gown
  • Slippers
  • Underwear (your least favorite)
