How to make ice cream at home?
Is it even possible! This is a convenient mom hack for those summer days when you wish to serve ice cream as dessert only to find out you have run out.

Let’s dive into the recipe and learn how to make ice cream at home. This can be done without an ice cream machine and only requires 2 ingredients. For this recipe we’ll be making vanilla flavoured ice cream, which makes vanilla our third ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups- cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can- cold sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp- vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk the heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk together for 3 minutes tops. Make sure they are both cold.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Transfer your ice cream mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 6 hours before eating.

This is the best and easiest homemade vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
